Santi Escudero
With more than 15 years of international experience across Spain, Australia and Macao, Santi has worked in professional men's and women's football, player development and coach education.
He leads the sporting project, connects the academy with the first team and implements a shared methodology across the club.
His objective is to develop intelligent, competitive players who understand the game, make effective decisions and progress through a clear development pathway.
